Return & Exchange Policy
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be unused in new condition. *** Custom parts such as cables cut to length and kits that are crane specific cannot be returned. *** Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
We will refund in the original method of payment. i.e. check ACH, wire or credit card payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and you will need to pay for the cost of the return shipping.
