Warranty Policy

We  appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.    Please call or email us if you have any problem with a new or existing product purchased from us.  770-888-8083  phone, email sales@cwsa.biz The  Rayco/ Wylie products have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair any part that fails during this  1 year period that meets the warranty conditions. The failure is not covered if the part is damaged from abuse,  water  damage or electrical problems such as faulty wiring connections or power overload. Parts that fail in the first  30 days will be swapped out with a replacement. Ones that have been in service more than 30 days will need to be sent in for repair. The  Rayco/ Wylie warranty does not include return shipping or labor charges.
